Sorry, I have never played this game as anything but a commissioner, and I am only looking for the fair thing to do. But even if I was just a player in a league (regardless of $$$), I would rely on my own values above a commissioner's decision. It's no fun to win, if you don't deserve it.

I really don't believe in middle ground here. Either it was a mistake, or it wasn't. If it was a mistake, which I would certainly hope it to be, give him Edge back. If it wasn't, take him. He shouldn't have to give up a player to correct an honest mistake, though.
