In a 12 team FFPC PPR TE premium I just rostered him at 5.5.  Went Thomas, Hopkins, Golladay then David Johnson at 4.8.

Landry is the slot. Jennings and Stills are the outside guys until the switch flips for Parker and he leapfrogs those guys. Parker is going to excel on slants and posts this year IMO.

My best guess...First 6 games he gets eased in. 30 targets 18 receptions 200 yards 2 TDs. Last 10 games he's a mid to high end WR2. 80 targets 50 receptions 600 yards 4 TDs. Total 110 targets 68 receptions 800 yards 6 TDs. Top 20 receiver in 2016.

The market for Alf is heating up. I've received several offers for him as he now has a track record. In one league I needed a starting WR and was using Alf in a rotation with ADP, Mathews, and Martin. I accepted Dez for Alf.
