I think it's been that way for a while to encourage people to stick around rather than drafting a redraft type team selling all your draft picks and then quitting if you don't contend for the title.

Something I haven't seen mentioned here is that players who joined Dynasty leagues this year (like me) for the first time at Phenoms had to pay year 1 AND year 2 (as a deposit). So in a $100 league you pay 200$. We got doubly screwed

The Browns need to cut him immediately so he can go to a team that will use him. Tons of teams were interested but his Agent wrongly thought Cleveland was his best shot. The sooner he gets cut the better for Crowell owners.
