If Siemian were healthy, I'd say him vs ATL D that couldn't stop us from scoring in a pick up game. But he is maybe 50/50 at best to start. And if he does start, getting hit once or twice may cause him to sit. Too risky, Start Winston.
If you have both Cam and Anderson currently, I'd wait and see how Cam is feeling. If you have to drop someone and pick up Anderson, I would go with Flacco and keep your bench in tact. Anderson isn't a long enough term solution to warrant dropping someone you may need later for a one week flyer.

My big concern is matchups for sure. I don't think starting a combo of Ryan/Jones/Freeman against Denver's D is wise (Although last week was glorious). I picked up Ryan (yes he was available), Pryor and McKinnon from the waiver wire...
My mind is a blur. I have talked myself into and out of each player below as a starter.
Standard scoring, no PPR
QB - Luck or Ryan
RB - D. Freeman, L Miller, J McKinnon or I Crowell (I can see plusses and minuses for each with their matchups)
WR - (starting J Jones and TY Hilton for sure)...
