Well, I am benching B. Edwards for M. Colston, but that was a close call to begin with. If I didn't have a WR as good as Colston on my bench, I probably would have kept Edwards in. The conditions in Cleveland appear to be pretty bad.
Great thread! Are there any opinions out there about going LT/QB/WR? (QB/2RB/2WR/1TE league)
Rationale is that Manning will be gone, but Palmer may be there. Many leagues are QB happy (mine is a TD=6 pt league), so I don't think that Brady/Brees/Bulger/McNabb would be there in the 4/5 turn...
They did at the time of my original post; in fact all of the teams did when I was writing it (yes, I type slow). But after more replies, its true that there are many owners without these players, which is nice to see.
Don't you know it, Ditka! Nice to see some of us non LT and LJ owners in the championship game (good point made earlier about the SA owners with the injury there). Now I have to hear the other owners complain that I didn't deserve to be in the championship! Sour grapes big time! Yes, it sure...
Common theme here is that everyone owns either LT, SA or LJ. I think I'm the only one without one of these guys. Wonder how many people who had picks outside the top 3 ended up in the championship game. Good poll topic, perhaps.
I don't want to turn this into a "who do I draft" thread, but I think its interesting to note that strategies may change in analyzing the 5 slot (as some threads have been doing) in a 10 team league versus a 12 team league. I'd like to spark some discussion on 10 team leagues.
Does anybody...
