I don't think it's enough to move Julio.  The only circumstance that might change that is if it's a keeper league (getting in on the ground floor with Dalvin).  I just don't trust Houston (yet).

Gurley in 2nd is on the high end of his draft position but I'm abandoning ship on Reed this year.  His ailments are a HUGE red flag to me.

I'd lean towards Crowder for the same reasons mentioned above.

I'm high on Parker.  Cutler has to be an uptick.  Tannehill couldn't throw the long ball like Cutler, and Cutler is not afraid to hang in the pocket. I'm not sure Williams will get as many targets with the Skins as he did in Cleveland.  There are a few more options (Crowder, Doctson, Reed...
