As a Clemson fan, I'm torn on this guy. Up through his junior year he really did dance way too much and would often take 5 yard losses as a result. His senior year he showed more confidence though and really became capable of at least going straight towards the line and "gaining" zero yards as...
I've got 2nd pick in a 12 team PPR (2 RB, 3WR, and 1 flex) draft tomorrow night and I think I'm overanalyzing it. I mean, you have to take ADP right (assuming CJ424 goes #1)? Part of my dilemma is that I'm really high on the RBs that are available in the 2nd and 3rd rounds - i.e. J. Charles...
This is issue is seemingly always split 50/50, but it doesn't change much for me (assuming you're talking about 1 QB leagues). All QBs get the boost, and at most it increases the spread between the #1 and #12 QB by what, 20-30 points tops? I'd still rather take a QB late (got Cutler in the 8th...
Yahoo just bumped him up there pre-season rankings drastically, all the way to 26th overall. So if you're playing in yahoo leagues I doubt he'll be available after the 3rd round.
I would love that scenario to play out, but it's a HUGE risk IMO to bank on PT and Best being there. Depends on what ADPs you're using but it seems PT is going right around 28 on average (and you're 3rd round pick is #29) and Best is going in the 30s on average.
Obviously personal preference plays a big part, but in my .5 ppr flex in the 3rd round I'm looking for: J. Charles, P. Thomas (usually both gone) J. Best (alwaysl there), B. Marshall (usually gone), Steve Smith (this is about 10 picks before his ADP so usually I wait to see if he'll make it to...
I've played around with it in my 12 team, 3 WR, 2RB, 1 Flex .5 ppr league, but I've really been liking the available WR options for me in the 2nd round. It seems one of Calvin, Roddy White, M. Austin, or Fitz are always there for me in the 2nd round, and I really like Gore + one of those guys...
