Penix would be 27 and only have 2 years left on his rookie deal if Cousins plays 3 years. 28 and on his final season if Kirk goes all 4. Head scratcher that does nothing to improve the team after dumping millions and millions of guaranteed money already into the position.
Minnesota replaced Kirk and Danielle with two cheap first round talents. Going to have a lot of cap space next year to build out the roster. Now give JJ his $$$.
