Our league allows up to 2 players on IR and they do not count towards positional roster limits. I too have never encountered this. What is really odd is that they could not even get a "pending" transaction. It simply denied their request and they couldn't even get it in the waiver run.

Our league had intended to use the NFL injury report as the only way a player can be considered OUT and therefore IR eligible in our fantasy league. Some of us thought cbs would be linked to the NFL report and were obviously wrong. Either way, we can't figure out why cbs would list him as OUT...
