In the L2045 fund, only 7% is invested in the F fund (bonds). Maybe your issue is with the G (treasuries) fund, which is 16% of the portfolio?
If I had 20 years left to work, I might not bother with F, definitely not with G yet. If I had 10 years left I'd be thinking about building a...
Separate. We were established adults (i.e. in our 30's) when we got married, had our own lives etc. No need to prove anything by joining our day-to-day finances. And frankly inertia. No kids, so its not like it was rocket surgery to run a household our way.

Since we have 3 years to...
For ethical reasons no beef, pork, chicken, eggs, or dairy. Fish and shellfish fall below my arbitrary cutoff line so I do eat those here and there. Gotta eat something. Salads, avocados, various squash, potatoes, beans, bananas, oatmeal, rice, barley, grits, home made bread, olive oil...
Has Novovax indeed turned out to be more mild than the mRNA vaccines (typically)? My wife is done with the mRNA shots because they put her on the couch for 4 days, but if Novovax is easier to take then I'd like to get her boosted.
