Eagles obviously valued locker room cohesion over anything CJGJ brought on the field. He's extremely talented, but there's a reason he continues to bounce around the league.
I don't know, losing Lane Johnson early in the game and replacing him with Matt Pryor really affected Philly. They had to help Pryor out for all of the second quarter and basically were just stuck in the mud. Once they took Pryor out after that sack-fumble in the 3rd and replaced him with Fred...
I believe Fred said that the reason they went with Pryor first was because he hadn't taken any snaps at RT and all his work was at LT. Kudos to the coaches for realizing pretty quick that Pryor wasn't going to get the job done.
Why doesn't he do it? Because he doesn't have to.
It's the same argument we have about Hurts passing. His passing numbers aren't great not because he can't throw but because he doesn't have to.
