Lucky college kids... The largest I've made was 10lbs at 225 on a smoker. It took just under 3 hours. So maybe 6 hours?

I wish that were the case, but even though anecdotally it seems "dead," in 2024 Vegas saw in increase in visitors, and 2024 Nevada hit its highest gaming revenue ever. The Strip was down slightly... like 1%... but overall gaming revenue continues to increase and visitors continue to come. If...
