There's a whole lot here that is so bizarre to me in terms of accountability and emotion. First, social media isn't doing this to them. They did it to themselves. The only victims here are the spouses/kids and it's way out of bounds for the internet to bring those people into this. Second...
ND doesn't "need" a conference because of the carveouts the NCAA and the CFP provide them historically and they tweaked the "top four conference champs" to now be "top four teams" for byes. Without the special treatment for all those years, they'd have been in a conference long ago. It would...
It's my understanding that this is established at the mortgage's inception (called assumable mortgages). Hard to find in conventional mortgages. Will find mostly in FHA, USDA, VA loans etc. That said, I don't think if one inherits a house they have to go through a refinance etc. Mortgage...
WOW. He did it on his own or with a lawyer? That's borderline malpractice if a lawyer was helping him. The guy helping my grandmother right now has a very detailed outline for what's required in NC to make all things go. Same with my dad in FL.

Sure, a trust has to be created. I just thought the days of waiting in suspense for the lawyer to read the will and learn who got what was over. My grandparents went the trust route. My dad is going the trust route. Feels like if you own a house, these sorts of things should be trust focused...
Did I miss the link to the study? I see the MSN article.
There is a growing theory around the foods we eat. More importantly, what foods we eat when and its all predicated on the type of fat we are housing and the metabolic state/cycle the body is in. It wouldn't shock me at all if there is...
Another significant problem here (two sides of same coin) is the sedentary lifestyles we live along with technology advances throughout almost all aspects of our lives. Those are my three tent poles. My OPINION....no links.
