Weekly FAAB makes more sense with weekly or bi-weekly lineups IMO. The current format kind of requires the ability to make daily adds/drops.
Although I dunno if that's a good thing. I feel like I'm churning like a maniac lately and I'm 12th in the league in total moves. Some of y'all are nuts...
While looking up all this trade stuff, I realized Otis Thorpe has to have one of the most interesting trade histories ever.
He helped the Rockets win a title and was then traded for Clyde Drexler in midseason the next year. He was included with Mitch Richmond in a deal for Chris Webber. Before...
Based on my quick internet research, the best players to be traded twice by the same team are Dale Ellis (Sonics) and Otis Thorpe (Kings).
I’d probably rate Jrue ahead of both, although Ellis did average 27.5 per game in 88-89 and made 3rd team all-NBA.
I always loved the view of Las Vegas from the air. Empty desert, then identical homes in neat little rows for miles, then the absurdity of the strip. It looks like someone was playing SimCity in real life.
Jokes aside, there's a nature trail in Gary called Miller Woods that is incredibly beautiful. The landscape changes like 4 times on the way out to a Lake Michigan beach. It's not #1 on my overall list or anything but it might be in the top 20 or so.
I haven't seen the rest of Gary because I was...

My brother lives in Vegas and has a rule about driving through Utah - any time you see a sign that says scenic overlook, stop there. Always worth it.
I’m at 30. Nothing special, but not bad considering my total was 4 when I graduated high school.
This subject has come up a lot lately for me because my father-in-law is going to Montana this summer to cross #50 off his list.
I’ve been lucky on injuries overall but losing Carroll hurts. My offense without him looks real shaky. Title race will get tight in the 2nd half I think.
Clark is a lot more Trae Young than Steph Curry. She makes a lot of highlight reel long 3s and pretty passes but she’s reckless and not very efficient. She had 223 TO last year, second most in the league was 145.
It was her rookie year so she’ll probably improve there, but it’s way too soon to...
I remember the offseason discussions before Kerr took over. The Warriors were criticized for being unwilling to include Klay in a trade for Kevin Love. Draymond starting at the 4 wasn’t even part of their roster conversation. He was just some bench guy.
In hindsight it looks like a pretty good...
I don't need more IL space, but that's because I was smart and focused on getting durable, dependable guys like Jacob deGrom and Trevor Story :oldunsure:
