This has been my concern. They hung 44 on Washington and Dallas, but the OL isn't as good as the last two years and they don't have answers for teams that can get consistent pressure.
Also a big fan of him with the Pistons. Looked up his playoff stats, in 2004 he played 68 minutes in 5 games in the finals vs Shaq after 57 in the previous 3 series combined.
Why do you think Markkanen isn't a fit? I agree with some of the other stuff, I'm not sure it's worth giving up assets and paying him $200M over the next 4 years, but a 7-footer who can score from all over seems like a good fit to me. You know the NBA and the Pistons better than I do though so...
Roster Resource lists the Angels' projected rotation as Yusei Kikuchi, Jose Soriano, Reid Detmers, Grayson Rodriguez and Caden Dana. An impressive collection of talent that hasn't accomplished much in MLB for various reasons.
They hired Mike Maddux away from the Rangers to be their pitching...
Lions have some offensive line issues and Goff’s immobility is a problem when teams get pressure, those things cost them against the Vikings a couple weeks ago. But they still scored 24 in that game and put 44 on Washington in between. Still decent up front and loaded with playmakers. Eagles...

I sent an email invite through Fantrax but now it says there are 13 spots in the league so I maybe should just leave these things to @Eephus
Don’t think they were actually going to snap it there if the Vikings didn’t jump.
But that’s part of the value of going for it so often. Defense has to be ready for a snap even when they’re just trying to draw them off.
The WAR thing is interesting. Being restricted to DH hurts the offensive WAR somewhat. Theoretically he can make that back and then some through pitching, but he has to stay healthy to do it. I'm guessing he could've been a plus-glove CF if he never bothered with pitching, and he might have...
A few other players have tried recently but they usually decide to focus on one or the other pretty early on in the minors. Hunter Greene and Masyn Winn were a couple notables. There’s a Japanese teenager in the A’s system named Shotaro Morii trying to be the next Ohtani but the early returns...
