As a 49ers fan living in Tennessee, I honestly don't want any part of Vrabel, plus the one year he was the DC in Houston, they were the worst defense in the league.
I read reports that Saleh and Shanny didn't always see eye-to-eye, and all signs point to Saleh going to GB with his relationship with LaFleur, but if I was Lynch, I would offer Saleh whatever it took to give him Staley's spot, the defense is his however he wants to manage it.
I 1000% agree, we're still feeling the effects of that Lance trade, even if we still ended up with our stud-QB. Crazy to think Dline would be an issue considering all the 1st round draft capital we spent in consecutive drafts. I miss Buckner.
I completely agree. The quick hitters are just non existent. Is it a byproduct of NFL teams switching to heavy man-to-man against us? Those quick windows against the Zone just are not there?

The biggest issue this team is having, (IMO) is the defense. It's just not very good. Even in the bad offensive years, our defense has always held it together. I may have recency bias, but I don't remember having such little faith in our D to stop anyone.
Players in a two-point stance are allowed to adjust their back foot before the snap. As long as his backfoot is still in the air while the ball is being snapped, it's just considered "an adjustment".

Will be interesting to see the details on the new contract structure, as this number is currently inflated because Trent Williams is on the Reserve/Did Not Report list. Sounds like if the 49ers and Trent convert...
Here's the fun part it was based on an interview, where Silver was just saying a trade is still on the table, which was known, but the Commanders part was him speculating based on them trading Dotson to the Eagles (and Peters' 49ers connections). Nothing new really.
Great, we went from overanalyzing a handshake and greeting between him and Lynch/Shanahan, to his wardrobe choices in an attempt to gather any indication of what's going on behind the scenes.... please, just let this be over.
