no, but i've noticed that too. almost seems like there's a built in throttle or something. anyway, i wait a few minutes and start over and it works again.

yeah when it first started i could place a single vote and it was moving it up about .01 each time. not any more.

Seriously though, I'd go with the one with 58 reviews of the 2. Plenty of those reviews talk about the neighborhood and such. Obviously I don't know squat about TN nor do I have any links to back up my thoughts but I've been waiting 3 years to make these posts so it's reliable.

if you're factoring in the cost of gas, also factor in the cost of buying the hard shell.  those 2 things together might equal shipping (and your piece of mind).

I use cash to pay for gas at my local place.  They're the cheapest around here and charge even less per gallon if you use cash so that's about the only reason I carry money.   Still, if I hit the ATM I'll take out like $300 just so I don't have to deal with the hassle again for months.
