I like it for you. Even though you are getting older, you are getting good players that you can start weekly. I think your 1.6 is probably the best piece you gave away.(This is coming from a guy who loved locker when he was at washington and also owns Housler if every league he plays).
If your team is already stacked at RBs, I can see this trade as improving it for the future so you would stay ahead of the curve. If you are a perennial playoff bubble team, I wouldn't do it
