Should be a non issue. Just took a look at the computer models and noticed that the heaviest rain stays north of Seattle through 5pm local time, with just a risk of an isolated light rain shower through that time. After 5pm, that rain starts to slide southward. But with a 1:05 PST start time...
Newest computer models just came in, with the same solution, not rain/storms til after 3pm or so...
