I am the guy with 23 Patriots and Panthers. I can't resist locking up 2 bye teams with enough left to survive round 1. Unfortunately none of my week 1 guys made it (Foles, McCoy, Rodgers) so I only get Welker + top 4 NE/CAR guys. Probably not enough to make it unless something weird happens.

One question I have is what happens if I pick 2 teams to win in the divisional round that end up playing each other? Here is an example:
I pick SEA to beat WAS. SEA wins.
I pick GB over MIN. MIN wins.

Does anyone know where I can find the depth charts by team (preferably offense and defense) for each week of the season? I am trying to analyze player performance for the season and I am only able to find current depth charts here and elsewhere.
I like this idea for the playoffs if there is still a tie after the regular season. If it's still tied after this, I'm not telling any of them they are a loser.
Somebody give Backside Pursuit a gold star, because that is an awesome post. Kahnemann's book is an excellent read and your proposal reminded me of the preseason "Face-Off" articles, which I think do exactly what you are describing. Perhaps a weekly version of the Face-Offs for a few key players...
