Getting a house built and cannot lock in before 45 days of closing. Wont be complete until 2/13. I could lock in now but would get an additional 1/4 pt added for early lock in. i could do a one time lowering if rates were to go lower. Would anyone recomend doing this?

Not sure if this is well known but you can reserve online 1 hour before the phone lines open up. So 6am Est. We did this a few weeks ago and were able to get everything. Get acclimated with the site/process and you should have no issues.

Very True. I recenlty ordered a mac pro, twice i screwed up my order. Forgot to add Iworks which they sent separate, no problem. Then realized a week later i was entitled to basically a free printer with rebate. Called and they sent the printer, got it in 4 days.
