Tried this chili recipe for the first time...
Ya know....I made this tonight verbatim, I mean EXACTLY per the recipe. This to me was like a soup or stew. Kept waiting for it to reduce down to a chili consistency, but even simmering for 4 hours it was like a soup. My idea of chili is always a thick mash of stuff, not watery. I went back...- thomieboy49
