100% this. I'd take the under on Ekeler seeing 125 touches, unless a lot of guys got hurt around him. I also don't think the Robinson trade affects him at all.

I get that, but it being Theilen feels like it'd be bad management. Thielen (and Dalton) are important vets to have around for Young and co. Is it really that important to keep David Moore or Hunter Renfrow? Especially when the difference is likely a 6th round pick or something like that.

I don't think Robinson affects CMC at all. There's a reason he went for a 6th round pick. I think he's fighting with Guerendo for the backup job. I'd probably bet on Robinson there.

49ers always made sense, as they have nothing but injured guys behind CMC, and I'd argue none of those guys are particularly impressive.

I have a real hard time seeing why Carolina would trade him. Its not like they'd be getting a high pick for him, and he's been very important to the development of Bryce Young (and liekly would of Tet McMillan, and maybe even Xavier Legette too)

Its sort of a balance of all that. If you are a risk taker, you are likely more confident in finding a suitable replacement while Rice is out. If Rice was never going to be suspended at all, I'd probably have him up by Tee Higgins.
