To be fair, I think he's rejecting both 8 minute and 7 minute abs.

My franchise's mission statement includes a one poach per team per season policy. This is null and void, of course, if it is determined that poaching the same team twice will make my team better.

I like the idea of varying the protected lists, but I'd rather see 1-3 not drop from 25 to 24. I get giving the backend teams a shot by allowing an extra spot or two, but the top teams deserve their 25, IMO. So, I'm a yes, but would prefer a slight change. I'm a no on 3 IL spots. I'd be a yes...
