100% agree. He has to do the mea culpa tour. Once he does that, the story becomes "he's turned his life around" and he'll start developing allies in the league and media again and he'll get back on a team. No chance he's finished. He's on a team's camp roster next year.

I think the reason you look at Forsett is even if Pierce gets carries Thursday, he's never done anything. Career 3.7 YPC & 2.9 last season. Forsett looked good, and he can pass block, so it seems like there's very little in his way.
