Really struggling with this decision

Unfortunately, one of my big money auction leagues is considering dropping from 12 teams to 10. I hate this. I have years of historical data to reference. How do values change when going from 12 teams to 10? My initial thought was higher supply (more players available at certain tiers)...

Agree. Then you're stuck paying the same amount for Harris as Taylor because you "need" a guy from the first tier.

This is exactly my thoughts. And your scenario happens to all of us. 

That is unknown at this time. I only know Taylor CAN'T be kept this year. Although, after looking over the rosters, I tend to think some of the higher WR's (Kupp, Chase, JJ, etc) will be kept because they have good values assigned to them. Most of the top RB's have high values carrying over. So...

PPR league.

In my auction league we are allowed to keep one player per year. CAP is $150. Playoffs start week 14 I can keep Taylor (week 14 bye) for $7 or I can keep Gibson for $11. My immediate thoughts was Taylor, but between the bye week, Wentz/Nelson/Mack, I am reconsidering. Thoughts?

Yeah, I let peer pressure get to me. I ended up with Hopkins / Chubb, so not exactly horrible by any means. I just thought the stars were aligned for Cook this year.  I did end up getting him on an auction league so feeling pretty good about that.
