I would need a sub 3:10 for the guaranteed spot. I'm not sure I have that for the race, that would be 2 mins off my PR from last year. I was shooting to just eek out a PR. If I could run my training pace with 0 extra mileage, I'd be close to the 3:10. I'm not sure I have a 3-4 second better...
