  1. I try to watch all O's games when I'm home, although they make it hard to do so sometimes. I also try to get to 2-3 games a year.
  2. Whenever driving with the family and I see someone walking their dog and it stops to do its business I'll yell out "dog pooping". My daughter laughs, wife not so much.
  3. Helen McCrory. RIP, I loved me some Aunt Polly.
  4. Not really but I do laugh every time he sits on the volley ball like an egg. 🏐
  5. Mine is updated as I haven't purchased any more as of yet. I'm down to trade. I'm an Orioles fan so looking to get all of them.
  6. “You know, sometimes in life, it seems like there’s no way out. Like a sheep, trapped in a maze, designed by wolves. You know that, if you’re ever in that situation, there are always two doors to choose from. Through the first door, oh it’s easy to get through that door, and on the other side waiting for you, all the yummiest treats you could imagine: Fanta, Doritos, L&P, Burger Rings, Coke Zero…but you know what, there’s also another door. Not the Burger Ring door, not the Fanta door. Another door that’s harder to get through. Guess what’s on the other side? Anyone want to take a guess?” “Vegetables?” says Ricky uncertainly. “No, not vegetables, no,” the minister replies, slightly offended. “Jesus?” someone else offers. “You would think Jesus. I thought Jesus the first time I come across that door. Not Jesus. It’s another door. Guess what’s on the other side of that door.” “Jesus,” the voice comes again, more confidently. “Jesus, yeah, Jesus. He’s tricky like that, Jesus. So let us pray, to Jesus to please make it a bit easier to get through those doors, to find you and your bounty of…delicious confectionery.”
  7. That's exactly how mine felt with the bloating and feeling constipated. My pain radiated around towards my back and kidneys. Sounds like gall bladder and hopefully that's it because it's pretty simple surgery to remove.
  8. All our lives we sweat and save Building for a shallow grave
  9. Screw this song and the Pirates. Broke my heart as a seven year old kid.
  10. We had Count Gore de Vol and his "Creature Features" for our late night horror movies.
  11. My daughter got me 10 more packs for Father's day. I hope to load them up tonight then I'm ready.
  12. $80.00 for a hobby box sounds pretty good, just make sure it's "factory sealed" as shuke mentioned earlier in the thread. I've bought a couple of retail boxes which I believe have the same amount of packs per box that the hobby box has but the hobby box guarantees certain types of cards. I paid $79.99 and 74.99 for my retail boxes, only a few chrome card pulls that may range from $4 - $9. Nothing much money wise but I'm doing this for the fun of it and to reminisce in the 1971 look of the cards. As shuke mentioned, I'm going for the base set then get my Oriole inserts.
