  1. Was the Madball show the outdoor one in NY? Looked crazy... and yeah, I wouldn't have done that at that point in time either.
  2. New albums for both the Bosstones and Dropkick Murphys are out. Expectations aren't too high for me compared to older albums, but I'll still buy them. Not like my money has been going to tickets...
  3. Just realized I have this... and also have had it for years. Think I changed the battery once. Guess I can just use it on the smoked meat as well. Wasn't thinking.
  4. Just checked their site - still going on. Just orange for some reason. Thanks!
  5. Good list - thanks. Anything you have liked to watch the temps in the house?
  6. Or maybe I get the bigger chimney? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B5BHKDZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_MN0Q8FM428YHZZ3XQ1T9 Looking at gloves and thermometers too. Any thoughts?
  7. My wife bought me the Weber Smokey Mountain 18 for the holidays. I've never used a smoker before, but I'm excited. My go to has been the Weber Spirit 310 for grilling the basics. So my question for all of you - what accessories do I need to purchase? Being in MA it hasn't really been the weather to hang outside yet but with it starting to warm up I want to get going with this. I am assuming I need to a starter. Something like this? https://www.weber.com/US/en/accessories/what's-hot/must-have-accessories/7416.html Looking for advice on thermometers and anything else that I would
  8. Just an overall thanks for this thread as this situation really sucks for all of us going through it. My dad passed away unexpectedly in January at 78. He did pretty much everything for my mom, age 77. I just had no idea how much he did. She broke both of her hips in the past 2 years, so isn't the most mobile and hasn't been driving. She is starting to get confused and forgetful, but not too bad yet. So I've taken over all the bills and setting out her daily medications each weekend. I have two kids under the age of 5, and I think she is more difficult to deal with then they ar
  9. Their first full length album, Devil's Night Out, was my gateway into all things punk, ska, and hardcore. It helped living either living in Boston or in the burbs and getting to see them so many times.
  10. Went to my first show in quite some time on Wednesday; Sick of it All and the Street Dogs. Was the 30th anniversary tour for SOIA. I can't even believe that. Lots of fun.
  11. Stopped by a Newbury Comics about 2 weeks ago and picked up the newest Rancid CD as well as Lagwagon. The Rancid album is great. I think 90% of it sounds good. Haven't been able to get into the Lagwagon album yet. I owe it more chances though, but on first pass wasn't that into it.
  12. Heard this today on Faction. Got excited for the first 20 seconds... then realized it was pretty bad. I used to listen to Downset in mid-to-late 90s. I saw them only once; I think it was with Sick of it All and the Misfits.
  13. At this point in my life I go to one or two shows a year. Last show was the Street Dogs, SlapShot, Ducky Boys, and a few other smaller acts.
  14. Yeah, I locked at 4.375 as they were going up, and I have a June closing. Looks like 4.125 is a possibility. Might cost me at this point to lower that; have to figure that out.
