A little late to the party but am hoping some measure of accountability may help. I dropped 50 pounds a few years back (265 down to 215) through a combination of weights, yoga, and walking and have mostly kept it off. Ultimate goal was in the 190ish range but have plateaued and mostly hung around the 215-220 range since then. I have an 8 year old son who has put on a substantial amount of weight since COVID and home schooling began so we made a New Years pact to help each other eat less, move more, and get healthier. I am trying very hard to eliminate weight as a focus for him so I don't creat
