  1. Ridden the Dolphins and Rams all season. Don't really like Miami heading west this week, after a big division win. Rams are interesting despite being on the road. Seahawks offense isn't really clicking, and the Rams did a good job on them first meeting. They're also coming off an embarrassing loss.

Also picked up the Chiefs this week. Seems like a good game script for a fantasy defense. They're also at home and it feels like a game they can rush the passer. Matt Ryan playing better last week gives me some pause, however.

    Decisions, decisions.

Same, I dropped him to waivers earlier this year, now playing against him. :wall:

Playing against TY the week he plays Houston is just about the worst prospect ever. I almost wish we'd have 2 guys run with him the entire game, but they'd probably just trip over each other while TY scores another 75 yard TD.

I've been fighting QB injuries all year and streaming them to accomodate. My choices for this week in a relatively standard scoring league include Rivers, Trubiski, Dalton, Hurts. I'm also a Houston Texans fan and we are a pile of dog do, so I gotta think the right answer here is Rivers no? I feel like Hurts could be a nice option but also feel like i"m getting cute. Let me know what you think please!

Also a Texans fan debating Rivers and Hurts. Also facing that pesky Texans-killer TY Hilton. Rivers feels like the safe choice but I'm enamored with the potential of Hurts. I hate Rivers generally and hate how he gets pulled at the goalline for Brissett. Then again, Arizona just did a number on the last QB they played. I'm really torn.

I am struggling between him and Rivers. Davante Adams bombed for me last night and my opponent has Aaron Jones so I am down at the moment. Thinking of starting Hurts for his upside. But Rivers is so consistent. 280 yards and 2 TD's every week. So, not sure what I'll do lol

This is the same decision I've got. I had to face Waller on Thursday so I'm already down as well. Rivers and Hurts are pretty evenly ranked all over the place. There are tons of pros and cons to each.

  5. I also drafted Ryan to be my QB this year. I'm now in a position to where I'll play Rivers over him, and probably Hill or Hurts as well. I'm actually debating cutting him outright. I fully share your distrust of him. Seems like they always stall in the red zone or he throws a pick.

I have only seen highlights but Montgomery has looked good in those. Showing some speed!

I don't know what your other options are but I think the match up is fine for Montgomery.

How he is being used in the passing game now makes him a pretty good option.

He's had a decent floor most of the season with Cohen out. I think  the Trubisky run threat certainly helps on the zone read also..

A month ago RB2 wasn't looking so hot for me between his concussion, Carson's foot, and Dobbins' RBBC mess. Now they all seem to be on the rise. Will Fuller's suspension also opened a flex spot for me, but I've still got to sit one.

I don't know. It depends on if people start him or not.

He has had 3 straight good games since returning from injury.

The Vikings are an average run defense and below average without Eric Kendricks in the line up. They have struggled with Mitch running the ball at times too which helps Montgomery as well compared to Nick Foles or other statue QBs.

Thanks. The bit about Kendricks is good info. Hard to believe Montgomery is the same guy who was plodding along 2 months ago. The last 3 opponents were all really bad against RBs. Trying to decide how to weigh the info vs the eye test.

  8. Assuming he starts again this week, how comfortable are you guys starting him? I've pretty much lost faith in Matt Ryan, and Phillip Rivers' ceiling seems limited. With the Saints going against Hurts, I guess I'm worried about a similar game as the one against Denver two weeks ago. Where maybe Hill doesn't get the rushing TDs. I think I'd like Hill a lot more if this game was back in the Superdome. How are you guys reading it?
