  1. Stroud will be fine. His 1st 3 game stats blow most of our recent QB's out of the water. When kids overthrow targets, most of the time, it's nerves He's good. Next question, who is Place? And, I assume Jackson is Jaxon Smith-Njigba?
  2. I just had 2 cash lineups score 139 and 140 points and averaged placing around 65 out of 100.
  3. So, I'm going to put this in a quote box, so I don't take up an entire page. I don't want this to come off as a sob story, pity-me bull####. I'm not necessarily looking for tips. I know what I need to do. I'm not looking for sympathy. I've been a total dickbag to myself for most of my life. I'm not even necessarily looking for accountability. I don't feel like anybody else should be responsible for my well-being. This #### is up to me. I'm going to try to update here somewhat regularly. Honestly, I just feel better writing all this crap down. Hopefully every time I post an update here, I'll be less fat. That's my goal.
  4. Always, ALWAYS throw your cash lineups in at least one GPP....
  5. I give: Justin Fields I get: J. Herbert 2022 Rd 1 pick
  6. Dipping my toes back into DFS after a few years off. My schedule just wasn't allowing me to focus like I had in the past. I'm 100% DK. I haven't played since they started with all the funky game modes. I'm a classic, straight up 9 player roster player. I'm occupied enough playing that format. Have no desire to mess with all the other crap. Looking forward to getting/sharing lots of info here this year. Good luck to all!
  7. Tybee Island. What are your thoughts on Red Bridges in Shelby? They seem to be mentioned a lot. I'm trying to go fit small town roadside type places. Midwood Smokehouse seems to be a decent place in Charlotte, but just not what I’m looking for.
  8. So, driving through North Carolina next Friday. Would love to hit 1-2 spots. Would like to stick somewhat close to the I-77 corridor. What are my must-try’s?
  9. Easy guys. They have at a minimum 3 movies planned. Subzero’s actor has been signed to 5 films. So, no. They weren’t going to have the final tournament in this movie.
  10. Went from ~9% up to ~7% down. What the ####### #### is this?!?!?!
  11. I'll be in Tybee in July. I'm already stopping at Rodney Scott's in Charleston. May have to find a half day to make that trip.
  12. 100% serious. I'd work with Tootsie for free.
  13. Yeah. I've been cooking myself for years. I've watched Franklin's videos so many times just for the purity of them. I've used his brisket method ever since I went to Austin in 2019. I've cooked it for family at my 40th birthday and a company Christmas party for about 150 people. Each time having multitudes of people telling me it was the best brisket they've ever had. I've competed a bit around SW Ohio a bit. I'm hoping to start competing heavier in the next year or so.
  14. That video is where my idea was born. In all honesty, I have actually considered starting a BBQ blog or podcast just to hopefully be put into a place where this type of arrangement could be possible.
  15. I will try any sausage. I'm not picky when it comes to ingredients. Sausage is very easily screwed up, however. Good sausage is juicy and flavorful.
  16. FWIW, I'm 42. I'm hoping to be retired at 60. At the very least, I plan on making a cross-country BBQ pilgrimage. My hope is to experience the various spots and pits from a more behind-the-counter perspective. I'm obsessed with pits. If I had a dream scenario, I'd work for a week at as many places as I could. The food is the reward, but the multitude of processes that these places use to make great BBQ just fascinates me.
  17. So, well-known places I've been. Austin, TX Stiles Switch blew my doors off. Had ok expectations going in, but it was absolutely one of the best I've had. Brisket was terrific, but the sausage stole the show. Stood in line for 5 hours at Franklin's, and I'd do it every day. Brisket was everything I'd hoped it would be. Oakwood BBQ was extremely meh Alabama Bob Gibson's. Great overall. white chicken was amazing. North Carolina Lexington BBQ - unique style, gold sauce is awesome. I prefer Texas style BBQ, but this was well worth the experience.
  18. Only decent food item at Famous Dave's is the catfish fingers.
  19. I'm not disagreeing that he seems weaker. Just wanted to clarify that they were not 'non-powered'. My only complaints with Infinity War/Endgame has always been how Hulk was neutered and Thor's power was so uneven through the films. I'm on your side here....
  20. The Flag Smashers are enhanced. While I agree he doesn't have the 'killer' aggression that he's had in the past, he wasn't fighting standard humans up there. The only 'normals' there were the new Cap and his buddy.
