  1. Thanks for taking the time to put this together! As always, I really enjoyed reading it.
  2. Bump. The EBF annual rookie dynasty rankings is my favorite thread each year so hoping by bumping it encourages EBF to post his 2021 Rookie Dynasty Rankings if he sees this. 🙂
  3. In addition to Faust who posts a lot of useful links in the correct threads, I think these two guys do a good job. 1. @EBF His annual Dynasty rookie rankings is my favorite thread posted each year. 2. @ZWK He seems to put a lot of effort into his ongoing dynasty rankings thread.
  4. 12 team dynasty 0.5 PRR start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1 Flex (RB, WR, or TE), 1 K, 1 DEF with 24 player rosters + IR. QB - Patrick Mahomes RB: Alvin Kamara and Aaron Jones WR: Davante Adams, Mike Evans, Calvin Ridley, and Brandon Aiyuk TE: Travis Kelce K: Justin Tucker DEF: Browns Notable title week bench players (players that would have improved my point total): Tom Brady, A.J. Dillon, J.D. McKissic, Rams defense, and Cardinals Defense (cut just before kickoff for Andrew Luck)
  5. Team B did nothing wrong. I would do the same thing almost every single time. Also, in dynasty leagues teams no longer in the playoffs should still be able to pick up free agents. Hell, in my league, an owner had no backup QB at the beginning of Josh Allen's bye week. I proceeded to pickup the free agent QB who I thought had the best matchup that week. I had the team pegged as the 2nd or 3rd best team in the league but their actual number of wins was significantly less then their expected number of wins i.e. they had a good all play record. I was not playing him that week either. FWI although the team lost that week they still managed to sneak into the playoffs at 6-7 and is now in the title game.
  6. Yep, I first want to say thanks for posting ack88. What did stick out to me most was Claypool's ranking. As you mentioned, Jefferson currently looks like the best WR in this class. Is Claypool even the 2nd best wide receiver in this class though? Note my league is 0.5 PPR. I know these rankings are are standard scoring so there would be difference in how many points someone has or how many points a player is averaging. A lot of people are very high on Lamb who is averaging a similar number of ppg then Claypool. Additionally, Brandon Aiyuk in my league is averaging more ppg then Claypool with a worse QB situation and a higher draft pedigree. I think Aiyuk missed the first game of the season due to injury and two more from being on the Covid list. Finally, there is Tee Higgins who is not far behind Claypool as well.
  7. I have the Browns (@ Jets), Cardinals (vs. 49ers), and Rams (@ Seahawks). I picked up the Browns in week 8 and the Cardinals in week 9 for this very moment when it became clear that I was likely to get a week 14 bye. However, now the moment has arrived I find myself completely unsure on who to start. The Dolphins are also sitting on the waiver wire (@ Raiders) but my opponent has more blind bid dollars left then me so even if I wanted them I may not get them. Sacks are worth 2 points in my league so those are king here.
  8. 2017 Playoffs wonder - Blake Bortles. I had issues at QB all season long and a strong roster elsewhere. I saw he had a very easy playoff schedule. I traded a 4th round pick for him and he was the difference in me winning the title.
  9. 12-team 0.5 PPR Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (WR, RB, TE), 1 DEF, 1 K Traded George Kittle and 2021 2nd (late) Received: Travis Kelce, Jamaal Williams, LA Rams Defense (week 15 vs. Jets) , and 2021 4th (early) My team is currently 9-1 and leads the league in total points. His team is 3-7. I don't love the value here for me but production from RBs can go south very quickly and I want to maximize my chances of winning the title this year. My RB starters are Alvin Kamara and Aaron Jones with my backups before this being J.D. McKissic, Zack Moss, Latavius Murray, A.J. Dillon (IR/Covid), Tarik Cohen (IR), and Marlon Mack (IR). I do own T.J. Hockenson as well so that made swapping Kittle for Kelce, who is four years, a little bit easier to swallow.
  10. Any chance that Donald Trump's unsubstantiated claims of election voter fraud cause enough Republicans to believe that it is a fruitless endeavor to vote in the special election and in turn allow the Democrats to pull off a double upset win?
  11. I bid $50 out of $100 and got him in a 12-team dynasty league. with 24 man rosters (with IR spots). Other bids were for $30 and $11. I was surprised there weren't more teams that bid on him. I think it's more likely then not he's a flash in the pan but in this format guys coming off a week like he had aren't available on the waiver wire all that often. I think some owners struggle to adjust their FAAB strategy from redraft to dynasty. In a redraft league with more shallow rosters he's not worth nearly that much. Maybe $10 out of $100?
  12. 3 - I think 98% or 99% of this country is already heavily locked into one candidate or the other.
  13. Maybe add a week 18 of the regular season since this is bound to happen again?
  14. 24 man roster 0.5 PPR Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB, WR, or TE), 1 DEF, and 1 K Traded JuJu Smith-Schuster and 2021 3rd Round Pick (currently 3-0 & league leader in points so probably late) Received Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd. I would still take JuJu over Ridley but was interested in upgrading my flex after Courtland Sutton went down for the year.
  15. Campbell probably isn't out for the season. He has a sprained MCL and PCL.
