  2. I agree that the Jets will probably wind up with the #1 and will be adding Lawrence. I think we should give Haskins a full tryout/review. Washington is not going to win the division with its current roster. I understand Rivera saw a sliver of hope in a weak division and wanted Allen to provide a spark, he doesn't have it and is not the future of the team. All of that beings said, we will go into 2021 with major needs at QB and OT/OL. There are some intriguing prospects behind Lawrence and the OL looks like it can provide quality options in round 2 on. I think the team should focus on those two
  3. Diontae wouldn't crack the lineup. WRs are Julio, Evans, A Rob and Kupp. Chubb wasn't easy, but my RBs are Gurley, Mixon, Drake, Mostert pre-draft. Chubb finished RB24 in PPG after Hunt came back. It's a contending roster that finished 2nd in '19 after a championship in '18. QB play was too erratic and I made a decision for a better team moving forward, not just 2020. QBs don't fall in our drafts like usual drafts, it's somewhere between PPR and SF. I'm also loaded for bear in 2021 with 3 firsts.
  4. Nah, Nick. Not a SF league, but a 6 pt per TD QB league so QBs are vital for long-term success. I needed a QB to build around as Rodgers has been fading the last two years.
  5. Traded back from early 2nd to early 3rd and gained Gardner Minshew. Traded back from early 2nd to mid 3rd and gained Kenyan Drake. Then packaged Chubb and Diontae Johnson for Joe Burrow post draft.

  7. Because I am acting commish and both have reached out to me. Double-checking to see if there is anything to revisit in the offseason that would strengthen our constitution for future reference.
  8. We have a Gentleman's Agreement in our constitution that says compete to the ultimate fairness allowable. We added it several years ago when someone tanked in the playoffs by starting backups and players on IR after he was out of payout contention. That same year one of the other GMs grabbed a player that was dropped after cutdown date (it's a keeper league). Anyway, it was a general agreement because we can't cover every conceivable scenario in our constitution. It was to cover the "you didn't say I couldn't do it" mindset. This is much easier, IMO, he competing for payout and has every
  9. Waivers processed last night and Breshad Perriman was claimed by the team playing for 3rd in our league. He obviously had the highest waiver claim. I am playing the #1 seed in the championship, I am the #2 seed, also acting commish. Third place does have a payout, BTW. #1 seed lost Godwin last week and was sitting 11th in the waiver order. He obviously wanted Perriman with the hamstring injury to Godwin. I was 12th in waiver and also put in a claim. I knew there was the slimmest of chances he would be there. #1 seed is upset the GM claimed Perriman since he was not competing in the c
  10. Thielen is back and I am going back and forth between the two...
  11. Have been pleased with Hooper and picked Henry up off of WW this week. Was fishing a little for Kelce early in the year, but backed off since I'm getting good production there.
  12. Yeah, it was far from a blockbuster trade. I like Corey Davis, too. The QB/offense in Tennessee is gonna throttle him.
  13. Traded Corey Davis for him this week. Neither have done anything so far. Hoping for better production in the coming weeks.
