  1. I know people who wouldn't sell Dez for that.IMO those people are idiots haha Agreed(well, i dont think they are idots), i would take Green straight up for Dez.I would take all 3 of them over Dez. I assumed that was James Jones, if thats Julio, I agree I would take each one of them over Bryant. That would also make that an even more ridiculous offer.
  2. Reggie Wayne was WR3 last season and is 32. Andre Johnson was WR7 and is 30. Does this offer really belong in this thread? The question was the worst trade you have ever been offered. That trade isn't fair so it could qualify. What would it take along with Reggie Wayne for you to trade Andre Johnson? I would require something significant. AJ is a top 3 dynasty WR, Wayne isn't in the top 15.

  4. Its not a good offer, but I would do it without CJ in a second.
  5. So, do you think it increased or decreased White's value? My first thought was that it would help because he would see less coverage. Apparently F&L sees it as a big hit to White putting it number 2 on his list of draft losers. From his Rotoworld article, here: http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/38028/59/?pg=12. Roddy White - It's no secret that wide receiver fantasy success directly corresponds to consistently high target numbers, but White is an extreme case. A true volume receiver, White has racked up 18 more targets than any other NFL wideout over the past two seasons. While he earn
  6. The only problem with trying to acquire Foster is that his owners think he's the 2nd coming of Adrian Peterson... I'm exaggerating a bit, but Jesus, these guys want #1 RB value in return. You have Slaton, and then Houston spent a 2nd round pick on Ben Tate..... I'm not a Tate fan, but most organizations don't draft guys in the 2nd round to sit the bench. I view Foster as RB depth with decent upside to be a #2 Fantasy back, not a #1.Just curious, what type of value have you been seeing? From what I'm seeing, it goes both ways- there is a market for Foster, but no one is willing to give up much
  7. I agree with most of the things said in here. Goodfellas is better, but Casino is awfully close. I always thought it was possible that if Casino came out first, it would be considered better. Sharon Stone did a terrific job. People are confusing their hatred for the Character as bad acting. The fact that you hated her means she did a great job. Heat and Donnie Brasco were OK movies, but they dont touch either of these. Not sure if True Romance has a lot in common with these movies, while Deniro or Pacino werent in the movie, it is mob related. Its as good as Casino, and maybe even Goodfella
  8. This is idiotic. Nothing bad can come of making offers to a guy. Nothing. If he has a player you like, or who you think is gonna break out, it costs you absolutely nothing to send an offer. If your time is actually worth that much more elsewhere for the somewhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes it takes to make a trade offer, then you shouldn't be playing Fantasy Football in the first place. In a couple of my longer term leagues, I have guys that a couple times a years we will exchange offers for some reason or another with pleasant enough conversation and quite honestly we absolutely nev

Whatever I can do to help!I think never trading with the guy ever again is a bit extreme, but I think I might start to spend less time kn

  11. I like your first offer, at least if it was offered to me, I'd have to weigh the pros and cons of it. I guess that's what I don't get out of any of these trade offers... if I put the shoe on the other foot, is there a chance in heck, I would accept it? If the answer is yes, then I've made a reasonable offer with a chance of success. I wonder if the ridiculous counter-offer, is a strong way of saying "NO" or is a negotiating stance, putting the burden of coming up with the reasonable offer on you. (ie he's hoping to find a mid way point between your 1st offer and his counter-offer.) All I know
  12. I just received my worst one of 2011. Zealots I offered a guy in my league Andre Johnson, Joe Flacco, Antonio Gates for Hakeem Nicks, Tony Romo, Carlos Dunlap. He has Vick, my best QB is Big Ben. Along with Gates i have Finley, and i dont remember who his TE is, but he isnt very good. Maybe this offer is weighted towrds my side, but its close. He comes back with Romo, 2012 2nd, 3rd for Andre Johnson, Mathew Stafford, 2012 1st. Im not the crazy one here...or am i?
  13. Obviously, not an offer you would be too inclined to accept. However, given team needs and value of waivers its not a horribly unfair offer. Two potential backup RBs (and in time shares in best case scenario) and a better shot at landing a waiver wire player in exchange for a top 5 WR isn't a bad offer? I disagree.Might not have been terrible if it was offered before the NFL draft, but the Patriots and Redskins didnt draft 2 RB's each because they were happy with their current starters. This offer is horrible unless you can get top 20 RB's or WR's with bid bucks.
  14. Nice job with the Qb rankings. Romo and Fitzpatrick are low and Vick, Freeman are too high, but thats all i really see.
  15. The Falcons had maybe the worst #2 WR(s) in the league. Not only did they get an upgrade at the postition, its a huge upgrade. The biggest factor is what a WR like that does for the rest of the offense, especially Roddy White.
