  1. Thanks for the sleeperbot suggestion. I found a lot of comments on that on r/fantasyfootball, mostly positive...er sorry to bring up Reddit
  2. Alvin Kamara - Ankle - may not play ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- https://twitter.com/Cardschatter/status/1182362766264291328 David Johnson - Back - Not practicing Thursday David Johnson (back) remained sidelined Thursday. Johnson was running with the rehab group. It's too early to say Johnson has no shot at suiting up against the Falcons, but it is not looking good. Johnson is the kind of player who could suit up after three DNPs, but that's rare. Sophomore Chase Edmonds will be waiting in the wings as a plug-and-play RB1 if Johnson doesn't go. SOURCE: Darren Urban on Twitter Oct 10, 2019, 2:33 PM ET RB David Johnson, S Charles Washington working on side. Fitz vet day. Didn't see DT Corey Peters, LB Terrell Suggs, LB Ezekiel Turner, LB Dennis Gardeck. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Todd Gurley - Bruised thigh https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1182357698756698113 From NFL Now: #Rams RB Todd Gurley (quad) did not practice yesterday, and his status is up in the air for Sunday.
  3. https://www.49erswebzone.com/articles/129192-49ers-rams-injury-report-ford-pace-gurley-talib-practice/ The #Rams turned practice into an indoor walk-through and "above-the-neck day" because of high winds around Thousand Oaks. This, combined with the short week before the Thursday game in Seattle, means they'll have only one real practice in two weeks before facing the 49ers. Per Greg Beacham: Sean McVay says Todd Gurley's bruised thigh "caught us all off-guard," since the Rams haven't played since last Thursday. McVay refuses to guess whether Gurley will play Sunday vs the Niners.
  4. Perhaps I'll just add to Maurile's Week 5 Injury Thread and see what happens.
  5. I see. Ok, I can use that page. I've received good advice in this community many times before ESPN sent out a tweet, such as "Guys definitely pick up Charcandrick West RIGHT NOW" ... ok maybe not that one..but something in addition to just injury designations. I receive and love the emails from the staff, just hoping there was active discussion centralized somewhere without it getting too chaotic for one thread.
  6. I suppose similar to MyFBG but as you mentioned, it doesn't have the community contributions. Noted on the "startable" difficulty. I suppose what I was looking for is if there's something similar to the "Week 5 Injury Thread" that Maurice graciously posts every Sunday, but that thread died after Tuesday so there's no follow-up. Yahoo, ESPN, twitter, FBG, those do a fine job aggregating news. But the community discussion around it is what is missing. Searching every player is fine, I just figured there may be a way to aggregate "Week 5 Injury Follow-ups" or something similar.
  7. I'm sure you're in multiple leagues following multiple players. We're trying to find fun but also efficient ways to be first to pick up players, ala Nick Chubb 2018. I wasn't asking for a summary of the entire Shark Pool, so no need to be sarcastic and snarky. I, for one, didn't know FBG had its own newswire page until it was linked above. I was gauging the desire for a weekly thread that focuses on breaking news, updates not for every player, but for startable players, such as the newswire page focuses on. I understand it may take some effort to figure out the how, but I was floating the idea to gauge interest or see if there's anything similar.
  8. There are 3 #1 Rbs that have injuries and possibly unable to play this week or more: Kamara, Gurley, DJ. Based on the news we have so far, which RB would you rank highest to lowest priority to add/start? - Latavius Murray - Malcolm Brown - Chase Edmonds - Darrell Henderson
  9. Thanks. This is good. I rely on Rotowire, Rappaport, Schefter, ESPN, etc., but I was wondering if there's a way to compile this into a discussion as well. I mean, we can always follow individual threads for Kamara, DJ, Gurley, etc., but being able to not only post updates but discuss strategy (I guess this may be dipping into Assistant Coach forum) as far as ranking the urgency between several players who may not suit up would be good. Example, the link you posted summarizes this: Panthers | Christian McCaffrey will play (Thu Oct 10, 11:54 AM) [jump to this story] Jets | Chris Herndon likely out two weeks (Thu Oct 10, 11:38 AM) [jump to this story] Eagles | DeSean Jackson likely out again (Thu Oct 10, 11:13 AM) [jump to this story] Cardinals | David Johnson could be game-time decision (Thu Oct 10, 01:38 AM) [jump to this story] So then the Original post could be continually edited with not only status updates such as above but determine a priority of most to least likely to suit up.
  10. I'd say yes especially with a pretty good rushing matchup this week. Speaking of, is there a weekly thread of some kind with major updates? The weekly injury thread sometimes only seems to be active on game day. But is there a central thread for each week with updates on Kamara, Gurley, DJ, etc., so we can stay on top of it and contribute?
  11. Hey sharks, I was wondering that with 3 #1 RBs possibly unable to play this week, is there a main breaking news/injury updates for each week? I only see "Week 5" injury thread but that was only updated on Tuesday and seems to be mostly news that occurred during the game. Perhaps a weekly thread with major updates such as practice injuries, etc., so we can stay on top of our rosters/waivers from Wed-Sun?
  12. Does anyone know how the rankings are compiled i.e. who contributes to the various sources for draft below? (Dodds, etc.) - Draft Dominator online - Draft Dominator mobile - Draft Dominator classic https://subscribers.footballguys.com/apps/article.php?article=2019-draft-dominator-classic-mac - Value Based Drafting VBD https://subscribers.footballguys.com/apps/article.php?article=2019-vbd-excel-app - Cheatsheets https://subscribers.footballguys.com/2019/cheatsheets.php I'm very old school so I enjoy printing but I noticed that the rankings are much different amongst each other. Thanks!
  13. He has a great matchup again next week against Denver. Not sure how Fuller's injury will affect Miller. How do you see his value in PPR going forward - more of a higher end Rb2 or mid-low? Compared to ADP, Chubb, Thompson, Drake, Cohen, Kerryon, etc.
  14. Just stating that Bill O'Brien confirmed it's an ACL tear : (
  15. Bill O'Brien confirmed that Will Fuller tore ACL - done for season : (
