  1. Have a feeling a big game is coming this week. Has been time for him to get healthy and his head straight by now. And for the coaches to realize they have to have him as a playmaker. Running game is banged up. Just wouldn’t be shocking (and I have a dynasty league with multiple flex starters and some doubtful players due to injury).
  2. Schwartz is the best talent. Prioritizing him for dynasty but understand Peoples-Jones for redraft.
  3. Thankfully not every fantasy owner out there is a smart one.
  4. I saw the same thing they saw. Mediocre back not worth the potential headache. I’m not trying to buy Bell; I’m worried about Williams’ role. Hence posting in the Williams thread.
  5. Watched every play. He didn’t look toast. Wasn’t arguing that he was great. He looked like a mediocre back with above average skills as a receiver. Given a consistent workload in Baltimore, it’s not hard to see him having some value there given the lack of proven production for Edwards as a receiver and Williams in general.
  6. People are saying this, but the 2020 film doesn’t show him looking toast. The mental makeup is the issue and risk isn’t it?
  7. Not to mention James White (and Cam at the GL). So basically want no part of any of them like most years.
  8. Higgins is usually ranked in the early 20s of rankings I’ve seen where Gallup is often like 45. I think Higgins upside is even understated by many, so was hesitant to let him go.
  9. 12 team PPR superflex with 3 flex spots. Tee Higgins for Tua and Gallup
  10. That wasn’t my point. I don’t expect them to win 10. Was simply saying I don’t expect Newton to be the reason they don’t hit the over. I would expect his leash is only a month or so as the starter.
  11. If he plays half a season, it would be because he’s playing well. If they’re 1-3, he’s not starting another game.
  12. You left out Bryan Edwards. Just curious where you would have him
  13. Brandon Aiyuk belongs somewhere above 60 IMO, but you have Deebo above him apparently? What’s the process on your thoughts ranking those 49ers receivers?
  14. I see Bloom has him No. 1 in his dynasty rankings among all rookies. Not sure I’m there but I’m hopeful he will be a bargain on draft day.
  15. Will be my first year in a rookie auction draft, what kind of percentage of budget would you all expect the top 5 guys to go for in that format? This particular league is super flex so the QBs will likely be in play right along with Chase and Harris for the biggest money. Apologies if this belongs in AC forum. Haven’t come across any rookie draft auction lists.
  16. “The Jumbo version of Russell Wilson” A lot of praise. Too bad the Bears will screw him up.
  17. It’s Newton against Baltimore or Brandon Aiyuk, Justin Jefferson, Tee Higgins?
  18. What’s the best projection on the length of Kamara’s peak? Couple more seasons or is this it right now? In a just-outside-contention dynasty situation and have to at least consider some offers.
  19. You have to know that it’s possible those QBs actually reached their potential. They just weren’t any good and the problem was the talent evaluation.
  20. What’s the dynasty ceiling for Higgins? Seems like the floor is a high end WR2 or a top 25 WR.
  21. They’ve taken 3 QBs in the first round in the last 20 years. Chad Pennington has a winning record with the Jets, Mark Sanchez and Sam Darnold haven’t worked out. Seems pretty irrelevant.
  22. Were there reports that his pass pro was a concern or is that assumed because he’s a rookie? My assumption for his small amount of snaps so far was simply that Aaron Jones is playing great football - and that Williams provides a good passing game option. I feel fine about him as a third flex option in a game where the Packers should be moving the ball a lot and needing to use both backs a lot.
  23. These are two different things. The offense doesn't have to be "the same" in order for Rivers to like to throw to a quality tight end. We literally have nine years of Rivers targeting one tight end 90-plus times.
  24. Agree on the secondary and lack of reps. Id love to watch this and again but as far as Trubisky, there were a handful of really nice throws stepping into the pocket in the first half. He didn’t have that same confidence in the second half and scrambled too often. Needs to keep developing rapport with Burton and Anthony Miller. We saw him find Miller on one key third down. I think the talent is there with Trubisky.
