    Love the plan, but I've never done a salary cap league before. So I have a question: if the draft changes to a slow email draft, which does work better for me, how do you do that and keep it as a salary cap league? I've done auctions, but this seems different.

    You still have a cap you have to stay under. The auction just lasts longer after the auction is over every owner posts their contact years on the message board. There is a contract year cap as well.
