I haven't been following the thread, but I want to say I'm proud of all of you that try to become more fit. Even if you don't reach a goal fitness level or backslide, it still counts for something. Have any of you tried to use a decoupler? They aren't as easy to find as they used to be and they are not the safest things in the world to use, but if you really want to get your weight loss going you could try to find them.
