  1. I have been going to Packer and Badger games my whole life. Given the venue choices it would be Camp Randall every time.
  2. Mid March husband/wife friends of ours return home from a trip to Florida. Neither feeling well and get checked out at the local hospital. Both test positive. She is sent home to self quarintine, he is sent to a larger hospital in nearby city. He has pneumonia along with all the other symptoms. They put him on a ventilator in the ICU. He was treated for several days with the combination of Hydroxychloroquine and Z pack. After that they were able to move him out of ICU and he was in stable condition. After a few more days they released him from the hospital and he and the wife are doing
  3. I always get asked for this recipe. And every time I make it I am reminded that I don't make it often enough. Makes a lot but freezes well. 4. Years ago my then 8 yo son, 10 yo daughter, wife, and I are watching tv one night. Wife is also folding clothes and says to me that I need to get some new underwear because there were some holes in a couple pair. Next morning wife is driving the kids to school and son announces "I have been thinking about the holes in Dad's underwear...I think he is having sex at the office".
  5. Didn't see the last post. That was my guess too.
  6. Two of my all time favorites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElJ0fiD0lkc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsU08y9peZg
  7. My daughter works in the field of clinical trials and sent me this article yesterday. She was involved in the study referenced. It appears there could be a glimmer of hope on the horizon. http://investors.biogen.com/news-releases/news-release-details/biogen-plans-regulatory-filing-aducanumab-alzheimers-disease
  8. Being a father, I so identified with the activities captured in that video. From the Halloween costumes, baseball and football games and other special times. I have thought of Jack several times since finding out of his passing...each time ending in tears for the pain you must be enduring. What a beautiful boy you were blessed with. The world is a better place because of you, Jack, and I am sure the rest of your family as well. May he rest in peace.
  9. If it isn't too far away to your liking you might want to look into Wisconsin Dells. They bring in kids from Europe and provide housing for summer work at restaurants, water parks, hotels, and sports complexes. Their biggest need for help doesn't occur until July 4th and beyond. My son and daughter worked at a fine dining restaurant there during their summers after high school and paid for a great deal of their college expenses.
