- We use Discord for our league chat. It's where all of the general chatter, smack talk, and trades talks take place. It gets pretty active on Sundays. We really want someone who will participate in the Discord channel. If you're not interested in that please leave the opportunity for someone else.
- Although most of our owners don't know each other, this is essentially a home league, most of our owners only play in this one league. Given the superflex/2ppr for TE format, we would like someone with dynasty experience, but if you're someone who plays in 30 dynasty leagues this isn't for you. We would like someone who can put a lot of their focus on the league, be active, and be with us for years to come. Adopt a new home league.

HISTORY:
- The original Rippers Dynasty league started in 2012 and ran for 7 seasons. We felt the format became stale so we rebooted with a new format in 2019 with most of our owners coming back. This is now the 4th year of the current iteration.

FORMAT HIGHLIGHTS:
- 12 team. Full dynasty, 28 player rosters
- No IR spots
- FAAB waivers and weekly First Come First Serve period
- 4 round yearly rookie/free agent draft
- 24hr clock per pick
- Rosters expand from 28 to 32 players for the draft, owners cut down to 28 prior to regular season kickoff
- Draft will start August 1st assuming the team is filled
- Orphan team has 1.09, 2.09, 3.09, 4.09 this year, and has all their future picks
- Start 10: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 SUPERFPLEX, 2 FLEX, 1 TE
- No kicker, No team defense
- 6pts for passing TD's, -4 pts for interceptions
- 2PPR for TE's
- $100 buy-in
- LeagueSafe used for buy-ins/prize payouts
- $250 regular season total points victor, $200 super-bowl runner-up, $750 super-bowl winner
- You will be asked to pay for future seasons in order to trade future 1sts
