And now add Vertongen to that as well.Spurs have no options at the moment - only injuries. Poch went with the best healthy line-up he had. Sissoko is coming off a groin injury - so no sure bet to be able to go 90. Winks just had surgery. Lamela is perma-injured. Kane is out. Son was suspended. Aurier is injured.

Add to that that everyone who is healthy now is having to play twice a week as they fight for top-4 also.
I think 3 at the back left Wanyama with way too much to doSpurs have no options at the moment - only injuries. Poch went with the best healthy line-up he had. I don't want it, you have it.Seems more like fighting for 5th and 6th.
He really hasn't been playing well of late and I think the raw number of minutes is getting to him. He has played the full 90 in the EPL in every game this calendar year. He's missed 7 total minutes of UCL knockouts.Eriksen played horrible this game and that was the last thing they needed with all those injuries. Really needed an ascendent game out of him here and he was the opposite.
Can’t blame Unai for wanting to stay in his Europa League comfort zone.I don't want it, you have it.
No really, you first
That is nice and all but please I had my turn last year, you go right ahead
Its like watching the keystone cops![]()

Lack of depth is killer this time of the year.Spurs have no options at the moment - only injuries. Poch went with the best healthy line-up he had. It’s not like they are at CrapfieldI didn't think you were allowed to celebrate scoring vs your former team?
Yeah Liverpool looking for the away goal now...They're running Barca off the pitch in the 2nd half, and then... BOOM.
If Liverpool score I still like their chances of going through though.
that would have made the return leg a lot more interesting.Ugh. Post.
This is the most even 3-0 game I think I've ever seen.
You're not watching enough Barça games methinks.Ugh. Post.

It’s a shame they already made a movie called My Left Foot.Messi Free Kick: https://streamable.com/vyzgu

Dembele had a great chance in stoppage time, wide open against only the keeper, and shot weakly directly at Alisson. Under different circumstances, that would have been what everyone was talking about today. Probably harsh to judge him since I think he had just come on, and the score was what it was ...Slapdash said:Great attacking play both ways today. This is how Barcelona have played all year, at least without Dembele. He must still be hurt. They allow enough opportunities in a lot of ways, but Pique-Lenglet-Ter Stegen shut a lot down and the counter is very fast. Liverpool probably unlucky on a couple of hits.
Tuchel out. Rafa in.Mid-table Ligue Un side Rennes beat Paris Al-Qatari in the Coupe de France final. The domestic single for PSG is a pretty poor season's haul.
I don't know how much to trust this article but it says that Qatar are considering pulling the massive funding from the club as the club is not living up to the huge investments they have made.Mid-table Ligue Un side Rennes beat Paris Al-Qatari in the Coupe de France final. It would probably be good for French football overall although it would mean the end of Mbappe in Paris.NewlyRetired said:I don't know how much to trust this article but it says that Qatar are considering pulling the massive funding from the club as the club is not living up to the huge investments they have made.
