I guess it practically is given the countries involved, but I figured that was an amateur Sunday league game, not full internationals. Slowest breakaway by both players I think I've ever seen.

This TFC game was a shock to me.   Even with TFC at full strength, I thought Leon would have been better.  TFC winning this game with USL level talent is impressive.

I do wonder if the next couple layers of the American prospect iceberg have arrived in MLS and raised the level of the depth players.  This all just feels different to me -- taking routine, easy wins against the lower level CONCACAF teams and playing the Mexican teams tough almost every tie.  Obviously MLS isn't going to be able to keep the tip of that iceberg, but there will be a LOT more in those next tiers that could make the league better top to bottom.
