Starting with Week 2, 1 team is eliminated per week. If you finish in the bottom two of points, you move into a Death Match the following week. Whoever loses the deathmatch is eliminated from the league, and their entire roster is put on waivers (FAAB). All trades are allowed and encouraged, including trading FAAB.
