Here is my team in a 12 team (no divisions) 1/2 ppr 1QB 2RBs 2WRs 1TE 2Flex (RB/WR/ or TE) and a D, I need help! What should I do as far as waivers, trade offers, etc.! I'm 0-4, thanks in advance!

QB: Watson

RBs: A. Jones, D. Montgomery, M. Breida, M. Brown, A. Mattison

WRs: M. Evans, R. Woods, A. Robinson, M. Williams, M. Hardman

TEs: G. Kittle

D/ST: Vikings

I currently have a waiver claim with $22 FAAB for WR D. Jackson.

Best 3 FA's available at each position: QB: Brissett, Winston, Mariota

RB: Pollard, D. Hilliard, I. Smith, A. Peterson, G. Edwards

WR: A.J. Brown, Beasley, Gabriel, D. Jackson

Beasley over Hardman is an easy call for me.  If you can upgrade at a position by trading Watson and Kittle I'd do it.  Trading Kittle for a RB1 oer WR1 would be more valuable to you than having a TE1.

Thanks for the reply! I am dropping Hockenson by the way for WR PHI D. Jackson! Do you think that I should still work on getting rid of Hardman? That's a little difficult, I know he is a boom or bust, I just appreciated the boom too much I think!

Pick up Winston now for somebody.  Try and trade Watson to a QB needy team who might have a pretty good roster otherwise.  You might be able to get a decent RB or WR out of it.  I would personally take Beasley and AJ Brown both over Hardman.  As long as you have Watson you have to start him, but Winston can do a good enough job for you if you can improve your team by trading Watson.

Alright guy's! So, there are four teams right now which I can see possibly trading Watson to. Some of the players on the mentioned four teams which I might be able to pull off a deal with would have the following players: D. Henry, C. Godwin (granted that would put me at a disadvantage having "Winston", and Evans already barring a trade and picking up Winston), Smith-Schuster, Gurley, Jacobs, Hopkins (although the team who has Hopkins might be more willing to bite, he has Gurley and Jacobs), Julio, M. Mack, Fournette, K. Johnson, Beckham, David Johnson, L. Bell, M. Gordon, T. Hilton. Who should I target here?!

Aim high.  You can always settle for a little lower if they seem interested.  Does one of these teams own Cook?  Maybe you can add Mattison to the deal to sweeten it up a bit.  He's nothing to you unless Cook gets injured, but the idea of Cook getting injured may make him more valuable to the owner.

Does one of them have Ekeler?  I personally think even if Ekeler slows down with Gordon back that he's going to have a fine rest of the season.  Especially in ppr type leagues.  The Ekeler owner might find himself being more worried about Ekeler than I am.

Of the people you mentioned...  Stay away from Godwin.  QB/WR is fine, but QB/WR/WR from the same team is really putting all your eggs in one basket.  I'd try to grab a RB.  Your wide receivers, especially with a couple waiver pick ups can be adequate even though they are not super exciting.

I'd go after Mack, Fournette, Gurley, Gordon, and D Johnson.  They might not be willing to pull the trigger but you need somebody who is at least has both a high floor and a high upside.

Ok, thank you! I am still willing to listen to other opinions as well! :)

So, I was able to pick up Winston, however, it seems as though no one in the league is willing to trade me a good RB or WR for Watson. So, any more recommendations on how to improve my 0-4 team?!

Your roster is blah.

You have to trade Watson and kittle for rb/wr.  Qb is easily replaceable
