07 & Beyond "outlook" of BRIAN WESTBROOK..... (1 Viewer)

I have Westbrook who was top 6 in my NON-PPR dynasty league but i was wondering whats most view on him outlook?

I have him on a team with: Portis R.Brown and L.Maroney and i wonder what should i do with Westy in a non PPR.

Health is the only concern. He is talented, young, and used well in the Eagles offense.Start him every week that he is healthy.

He exceeded my expectations this past season. I usually start him in the flex along with LT/LJ. I thought some of the other backs would take some of the carries away and/or he'd get hurt, neither happened. I'm also in a NON-PPR dynasty and I'm not trading him. Some seem to think he only has value in PPR leagues  , he's clearly on of the better backs in the league.

He is fully capable of putting up #1 back numbers, but I wouldn't want to rely on him as my #1. He seems to get nicked up every year which causes him to lose effectiveness and/or miss time. However, when healthy, there are few that are better. He is elite in both the running and passing game, and definitely has 15 TD potential playing in the Eagles offense. In a PPR league, he is a top 5 player.

I would have to disagree with the remark about his age. He will be 28 this season, and as a back that has had injury problems, it is unlikely that he has more than 2 seasons left at his current level.
