I have one team opening in a long running dynasty league.
It's a full PPR league, non-IDP and non-superflex and has deeper starting lineups and rosters.
Chad Parsons, a fantasy football content creator also plays in this league.
Entry fee is $200 per year plus MFL fees (an extra $6-8).
The first year for the new owners will be half off ($100+small MFL fee) plus they will still be eligible for all the cash payouts which includes regular season winner, regular season most points scored for the season, and payouts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the playoffs.
Leaguesafe is used to collect all fees.
All prizes are paid out at the end of the season via LeagueSafe (majority vote required):
$200 x 12 = $2,400 total prize pool
League Champion - $1300
Runner up - $500
3rd Place - $300
Division winner (#1 seed at end of week 13) - $150
Regular Season Total Points Winner (end of week 13) - $150
The four new owners will draft (email draft) from the open team's rosters and their draft picks.
Once the dispersal draft is completed, there will be a 5 round rookie/FA slow draft for all teams.
Every new owner is required to make a one time deposit fee to the league. This is to prevent owners from leaving a league when their team is not performing well, every new owner pays an extra $100 in the first year as a deposit and it will be returned to them once they leave the league if the new team taking over the team is paying the full entry fee in year one, if not, we will deduct the difference. In the case for the 4 owners who left, they will not be getting their deposit fee back since their teams need some work.
A total of $206 will be required for year one ($100 entry fee + $100 one time fee + $6 MFL fee).

The draft picks for 2024 and 2025 are part of the dispersal draft.
All 4 teams have their 2026 draft picks and are not part of the dispersal draft.
