EGS SIM is in immediate need of a replacement GM for its Indianapolis Colts franchise vacancy. The league is currently in the post-draft free agency stage of the off-season with final roster cuts due on Saturday, August 30th at 11:59:59 PM EDT.
Entering its second sophomore season, EGS SIM is the Every Given Sunday contract/auction format. Full-IDP, weighted scoring system and competitive payouts. The league's target fantasy player is the competitive, active fantasy football addict.

* 6 round annual EGS Draft; 12 hour selection clock; held the Monday following the NFL Draft
* Commissioner Triumvirate; 3-headed governing body to promote checks/balances, committee approach to high-level decisions, long-term league viability
