NO!!!
West was hot (for 1 week only). Charles will start to eat into his share until he probably stops being a factor. He´s been very uninspiring the last 3 weeks, so I would save ww#1 for someone really emerging.
Maybe Smallwood in a week or two... ?

Wrong West...
I'd take West over the last three guys on that list. He's only one with a feature back load in week 4. I have Dixon and am hoping he wins the job, but right now it's West's to lose.
