Constitution: 6 teams will make it into the playoffs. There will be three divisional winners, and three points based playoff entries. A division winner is the team with the most overall wins in the division (total winning percentage of all games).
#1 - Divisional winner with the most points on the season (first round playoff bye).
#2 - Divisional winner with the second most points scored on the season (first round playoff bye).
#3 - Divisional winner with the third most points on the season.
#4 - Team with the most points on the year that is not a divisional winner.
#5 - Team with the most points on the year that is not team 1-4.
#6 - Team with the most points on the year that is not team 1-5.
Playoffs:
Week 14 - #3 vs #6 and #4 vs #5
Week 15 - #1 vs lowest remaining seed and #2 vs remaining team
Week 16 - Final two teams remaining.
If there is a tie win/loss record for any division between two or more teams, the winner will be the team with the best divisional record (division games) and the third tiebreaker is total points. If this is stil a tie, the winner between these two teams in their first matchup of the year will be the divisional winner.
If any other situation arises between two teams that are not covered under any rule stated above, a coin flip will occur.

League fee is $70, $11 to the software, $20 to the league winners, and $39 towards the weekly winner pool ($3 per week for 13 weeks).
Payout will be $36 per week for 13 weeks to the team with the highest point total. $180 (75%) will go to the winner of the playoffs and $60 (25%) will go to second place.
*** Note - Software fees for 2011 was $150, or $12.50 per person. Commish has subsidized a portion to keep the payouts the same.

Injured Players:
The injured player designation gives each team the option of adding one player to their active roster during the healing process of the injured player. Please ensure you understand the injury designation because it can give you an illegal lineup on game day. This will forfeit your weekly points and affect your point totals toward earning a playoff spot.
If a player is expected to miss a game, then add him to your injured player roster position. Please note that players with the "Probable" injury status are not expected to miss the weekends game. "Probable" is not considered injured, but just bumps and bruises. "Questionable" and "Out" players are allowed in the injured designation slot. It is very risky to add a player that is "questionable" but has not missed a game to the injury slot because their status can change to "probable" on game day and give you an illegal lineup. Please note: it is your responsibility to be on top of the injury designation before 11:55 AM on Sunday.
Your roster will be considered illegal if:
1. Non-injured players are added to this spot;
2. Players with "probable" designation are added to the injury spot and not removed by kickoff and;
2. The commish shoots you an email reminder to remove the player.
______________________________________________________________
Trade Voting:
- Trade voting is open for 24 hours
- Requires 5 "reject" votes to block trade
- Players transferred automatically by software after 24 hour voting period
- Players eligible for Sundays games of the same week
______________________________________________________________
All rosters must submit their best lineup each week. No illegal rosters or throwing games to earn a better draft slot the next year.
______________________________________________________________
Effective for the 2010 season:
- All rosters that do not make the playoffs must be trimmed down to 20 players. This means that any player with a "injured" designation must be dropped.
- After week 13, all teams that are no longer in the playoffs will have add/drop/trade activity locked.

Why is the draft so early? The main reason is that most members are in a lot of leagues and scheduling the draft later is difficult, especially the final two weeks before Week 1 kickoff. Early drafting allows some time for trading and roster moves. Free agent bidding starts after the draft.
