10 team keeper help for 2019 (1 Viewer)

I'm in a 10 team PPR 2 keeper league....the rules are as follows...you can keep a player as long as they were drafted and they're on your roster at season's end...you will lose the the pick that the player was picked in...so w/ that I give you my top picks for keepers...

OBJ 1st rd pick

aaron rogers 1st/2nd rd pick

dalvin cook 2nd rd pick

adam thielen 10th rd

tyreek hill 4th rd

I have the 5th over all pick next year....as of now i'm leaning towards OBJ and cook....but OBJ kinda scares me...any help/opinions is appreciated, thank you

No way I keep OBJ at 1.05. There will be a lot of talent still available there and it wouldn't be worth passing on keeping someone later. Do you have any other options? I may go Thielen/Hill and preserve my earlier picks.

What other players will be available at your 1.05 pick?  When do you have to declare?

You aren't getting any value by keeping OBJ with the 1.05 pick as he is most likely in that neighborhood in a fresh draft so there is likely a chance you could draft him anyway at that pick.   Having an idea of who is being kept and who might be available for you at 1.05 will significantly affect the decision to keep OBJ or not.

I think Thielen is the best value on the board and is a must keep.  After that nobody presents good value at their draft slots.  I would want more info on Cook's rehab and see what the Vikings do with their RB's going into next year before deciding on him.  I would want to know who I could likely get at 1.05 before deciding on OBJ.  That leaves Hill in the 4th.  Again, not great value but could be the right call depending on the other injury situations.

I am surprised you don't have any higher upside type players late that might be worthwhile.

the only others I have would be mixon in the 2nd, jimmy grahm in the 6th or chris hogan in the 8th...other than those guys everyone else was waiver wire picks...

I keep Hill and Thielen and draft BPA at 5.  Thielen is an easy choice, but I do prefer a better option than Hill, but you don't have one IMO.  Maybe Cook if everything looks good before you have to declare.  Pass on OBJ....you could probably get him back at 5 if you want.

I'd keep Cook and Thielen, depending on who else is kept OBJ might be there at 1.05. Not sure on your scoring system but in the 1st round my early rankings are: Gurley, Elliott, Bell, Johnson, Brown and Hopkins, Hunt, Kamara, then OBJ, followed by Fournette and Cook. In a 10 team league there is no need to keep a QB-especially that early-the exception would be if you had Watson in a later round. Thielen gives you good value over Hill.
